Habita is an evolving private-beta service. Features, availability, workflows, and AI analysis may change, fail, or be incomplete. Please keep independent copies of important home documents.

Habita helps organize home information and maintenance. It does not replace inspectors, contractors, engineers, insurers, emergency services, or other qualified professionals.

Do not delay urgent action because of anything shown or omitted by Habita. Contact emergency services or an appropriate professional when safety, health, structural, electrical, gas, fire, water, or other serious risks may be involved.

• Provide content you are permitted to upload and use.
• Review AI findings and verify important information before acting.
• Keep your sign-in credentials and approved connected-app access secure.
• Use the service lawfully and avoid interfering with other users or the service.

You keep your rights in content you provide. You permit Habita and its service providers to process that content as needed to operate the features you request.

Because Habita is in private beta, the service is provided without a promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms as the product and its actual practices evolve.
