Account deletion

You can delete your Habita account in the app.

Public instructions for deleting a Habita account and its associated home records.

Delete a signed-in account

Sign in to Habita.
Open Settings, then choose Privacy.
Select Delete my account.
Type DELETE and confirm the permanent action.

The in-app action is designed to remove the account and associated Habita home records, uploads, work, components, chats, feedback, and timeline data. It cannot be undone.

When you cannot sign in

Email privacy@tryhabita.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify the request before acting.

Before deleting

You can download a JSON copy of your data from Settings, then Privacy. Account deletion is permanent, so export anything you want to retain first.
