Account deletion
Delete your Habita account and data.
Signed-in users can start permanent deletion from Privacy & data.
Delete while signed in
- Sign in to Habita.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Privacy & data.
- Select Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Deletion is designed to remove the account, homes, Home items, records, suggested work, completions, conversations, feedback and associated private files. It cannot be undone.
The deletion flow passed production verification with disposable synthetic accounts, including nested private-file cleanup. Contact privacy@tryhabita.com if the process does not complete as described.
Before deleting
Download any information you want to retain first. The structured export may not include original private files unless the export explicitly says it does.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@tryhabita.com from the address associated with the account. Habita may need to verify the request before acting.
