Privacy
Your home information deserves plain language.
How Habita collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the service.
Information Habita handles
- Account details such as your name, email address, profile preferences, and authentication identifiers.
- Home details you provide, including addresses, components, maintenance records, reminders, notes, and feedback.
- Files you upload, such as inspection reports, photos, manuals, and receipts, plus information extracted from them.
- Conversations and requests you send through AI-assisted features.
How the information is used
Habita uses this information to organize your home record, analyze uploads, suggest components and work, answer questions, calculate home-health indicators, and provide the features you request.
AI-generated findings can be incomplete or wrong. Habita keeps review states and source context so you can check results before relying on them.
Services that process information
Habita uses Supabase for authentication, database services, and private file storage. Access controls are designed to limit home records to the signed-in owner.
When you use an AI-assisted feature, relevant prompts, uploaded content, images, or extracted text may be sent through Lovable's AI gateway and its model providers to produce the requested result.
If you approve a compatible connected app, it may read the Habita data described on its consent screen while acting under your account access. Do not approve a connection you do not recognize.
Your choices
- Review and correct suggested components and findings in the app.
- Download a JSON copy of your Habita data from Settings, then Privacy.
- Delete your account and associated Habita records from Settings, then Privacy.
- Read the public account deletion instructions.
