View current release evidence

  • Website

    Operational

The canonical website, public trust pages, and Canadian-domain redirects passed production verification.

  • Sign-in

    Operational

Invite-gated email-link signup is live. Password recovery and returning-user sign-in remain available.

  • Document analysis

    Operational

The fictional inspection journey has a bounded timeout, a recoverable retry path, and source-evidence review.

  • Data export

    Operational

Users can download account and home records, with one-hour links for their private files.

  • Account deletion

    Verification pending

Recursive deletion checks are released, but one live synthetic run must still prove nested private Storage cleanup before cohort approval.

How status is monitored

The public website, trust pages, and domain redirects are checked hourly. A failed check opens or updates an assigned P0 incident; recovery closes it. Authenticated workflows are verified separately with controlled synthetic data and are never represented as continuously monitored.

Known limitations under review

  • Public contact mailbox receipt is verified. SPF, the Google DKIM DNS key, and DMARC records are published, but that does not yet prove signed @tryhabita.com delivery. Authentication email still uses the managed platform sender, so branded confirmation and recovery delivery remain verification pending.
  • A complete authenticated production journey at a genuine 390px viewport remains required before cohort approval.
  • The account-deletion verifier is ready, but its protected production credentials are not available in every automation environment. Until a controlled run passes, nested private-file cleanup remains verification pending.
  • Production recovery is active, but the visible backup-retention inventory and restore permission still require final evidence.
  • AI extraction may be incomplete or incorrect. Always review source evidence and uncertainty before acting.
  • Push notifications and native iOS or Android apps are not part of this web beta.

Safe first-wave testing

Use only the fictional sample home and materials provided by Habita. Do not upload real inspection reports, addresses, warranties, receipts, photos, credentials, or personal information during the first wave.

If you are signed in, report what you attempted, what happened, and what you expected through in-app feedback. This keeps your report linked to your account and lets you verify its receipt.

If you cannot sign in or reach the feedback screen, email support@tryhabita.com. Do not include real-home documents or sensitive screenshots.

Stop and report immediately if

  • You see another user's data, files, or account information.
  • A private file you did not upload is accessible.
  • Account deletion fails or deleted information remains accessible.
  • The app presents potentially unsafe home advice as certain.

Stop testing and email privacy@tryhabita.com with the subject Private beta incident. Do not attach private files or sensitive screenshots.
